Ed Sikorski

Chief Executive Officer


As CEO, Ed brings corporate executive management skills to the Magna Group.  Before starting Magna, Ed spent his career in the general insurance industry, most notably as Corporate Vice President of Distribution, Marketing and Communication at RSA Canada and President of the Noraxis Capital Corporation.  More recently, Ed was President and CEO of Renfrew Insurance in Calgary, Alberta.

Chris Sikorski

Managing Partner


Chris brings over 19 years experience to the firm.  He began his career with Renfrew Insurance in 2002 and quickly rose through the ranks to the role of Senior Vice President & Partner. Chris recently ranked 4th in Canada in the Elite Broker Rankings (2017), was recognized by Canadian Insurance magazine in their Top 10 Under 40 issue (September 2017) and was a finalist in the Insurance Business Awards for Broker of the Year.

Brian Jardine

Senior Vice President


Brian has over 17 years experience with both an insurance company and insurance brokerage. Brian began his career as an underwriter, with one of the largest insurance companies in Canada.  After six years, he joined Renfrew Insurance where he rose to the role of Senior 

Vice President & Partner. Brian was ranked 33rd in Canada in the Elite Broker Ranking in 2017.

Jim Royer

Chief Financial Officer


Jim is our numbers guy.  He joins Magna after working many years in  Financial Management within both the Life and General Insurance industries.  Jim, a CPA, is also a graduate of the Harvard Management Development Program.

Caterina Bellusci BComm, CIP

Director of Marketing, Team Lead


Caterina joined the Magna team in October 2018 as Director of Marketing.  Caterina has a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance with Distinction through the Haskayne School of Business at the University of Calgary. She possesses excellent people skills and technical expertise which, not only have facilitated excellent working relationships with Magna’s insurance suppliers,

but also supports her dedication to achieving optimal insurance programs for our clients.

Alanna is a seasoned broker who has a great relationship with our insurance markets.  Along with her experience in the general insurance industry, Alanna was Chief Operating Officer for nineteen years at one of Alberta’s largest insurance brokerages. 


Keegan Wilmott MBA, BComm, CAIB

Senior Vice President


Keegan brings over 10 years of insurance industry experience to his role.  He earned his MBA in 2009 and has steadily worked his way through different insurance industry roles and into his current position as Senior Vice President.  Keegan has significant experience working with construction, contracting, and manufacturing firms and is most at home finding solutions for clients in these industries. 

Maureen Sikorski

Maureen comes to Magna after having worked in claims management in the General Insurance industry and for the Law Society of Alberta overseeing Errors & Omissions claims.  More recently, she was Vice President, Insurance for Alberta Health Services.  As well as acting as Chief Operating Officer, Maureen will oversee Magna’s Claims Management Program; something she is passionate about.
